Registration and fees

* Registration fee includes attendance to the scientific sessions, congress documentation, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail on 16^th lunches and meeting dinner on Thursday 17^th.

** Students must provide a confirmatory letter from the PhD Thesis advisor, including center address and telephone number, indicating she/he belongs to a Doctoral School. You can use this template.

*** Registration fee for accompanying persons includes welcome cocktail on 16^th, and meeting dinner on 17^th.

Early bird deadline to complete the Registration: October 4^th

Cancellation policy
Until October 4^th: 50% of the registration will be refunded. From October 4^th: the full registration fee will be chargeable and no refund will be made.
