Participation and Abstract Submission
There are 4 ways to participate: (a) Plenary Lectures (PL), (b) Invited Lectures (IL), (c) Oral Presentations (OP), (d) Poster (P)
Only one abstract per presenting author is allowed, but the same author can be co-author in other different abstracts.
Abstracts should be informative, presenting clearly the main objectives, the most significant results and a discussion.
Presentations:
Plenary Lectures: the plenary lectures should be presented in no more than 40 min followed by 5 minutes discussion..
Invited Lectures: the invited lectures should be presented in no more than 25 min followed by 5 minutes discussion.
Oral Presentation: participants, who want to give an oral presentation, should clearly indicate this with the abstract submission. The organizing committee will decide about the possibilities for an oral presentation. All oral Presentations MUST use PowerPoint. Presentations should be made in English or Spanish, in case of using Spanish language please provide whole presentation material in English. Oral communications should be presented in no more than 10 minutes (exactly) followed by 3 minutes discussion.
Poster: posters should be no larger than 90 cm (W) x 120 cm (H). They will be displayed and accessible during the entire duration of the Meeting.
